About Best Daily Tarot

Best Daily Tarot is a free and easy way to read tarot. You pull your own cards, and each reading explains what the cards mean in simple words. It’s a small daily habit that helps you stop, think, and plan your day.

Your readings

• Daily Reading — pull three cards, one each for love, mood, and work, then flip them to read what they mean. You can do this once a day, and your cards stay the same until midnight. Save them to your journal if you like.
• Daily Tarot Horoscope — one card for each star sign each day. Everyone with the same sign gets the same card.
• Yes or No Tarot — ask a question and pull one card for a clear Yes, No, or Maybe, with a short reason.
• Love & Relationship and Career and Money — three-card readings you can pull whenever you need them. Ask the same question again, even reworded or in another language, and you will see the same cards rather than a different answer each time.
• Celtic Cross — the ten-card spread, drawn once and kept for a month so you can return to it as things unfold.
• Date of Birth Tarot — works out the lifelong birth card hidden in your birth date, plus the soul card beneath it.

How we write the card meanings

Every card on this site has its own written interpretation: what it means upright, what it means reversed, how it tends to read in love and in work, and what to actually do when it appears. These are written by hand in plain language rather than copied from a public-domain reference, and they follow the mainstream Rider-Waite-Smith tradition rather than any one teacher's private system.

The readings themselves are composed with the help of AI, working from the card that came up, the position it landed in, and the question you asked. That is what lets a reading respond to your wording instead of reciting a fixed paragraph. Whenever the AI is unavailable, the site falls back to written interpretations covering every card in every position, so you always get a real reading.

Who runs this site

Best Daily Tarot is an independent site, built and maintained by a small team who wanted a tarot site that was genuinely free, worked properly on a phone, and did not push visitors toward a paid reading. There are no premium tiers and no live-reader upsell. If you spot a mistake in a card meaning or a translation, we would genuinely like to hear about it — please use the contact page.

The artwork

The card pictures come from the famous 1909 Rider–Waite–Smith deck, drawn by Pamela Colman Smith. These pictures are free to use (public domain) and are some of the most loved tarot art ever made.
