Reversed Meaning
Reversed, Justice points to imbalance, unfairness, or dodging responsibility. Something is not being dealt with honestly. Face the truth and put things right.

Justice is card XI of the 22 Major Arcana, the cards that deal with life's big themes rather than day-to-day detail. When a Major turns up in a spread it usually means the matter carries more weight than routine ups and downs, and its lesson tends to stay relevant for a while rather than passing in a day.
Upright or reversed
A reversed card is not simply the opposite of its upright meaning. More often the same energy is turned inward, running late, blocked, or being overdone. Read the upright meaning first to find the theme, then let the reversal tell you whether that theme is flowing freely or getting stuck somewhere.
Is Justice a yes or a no?
